EU city digital strategies for immigrants integration - EUCIDIN
EUCIDIN project specifically addresses the issues of migration by promoting EU values, dialogue and mutual understanding through the participation of both local stakeholders and EU nationals and the members of the immigrants’ population. It was planned to minimize and deconstruct the negative stereotypes about “immigrants” by promoting tolerance, respect for common values, diversity and integration. More specifically, the project aimed at providing the participating cities and regions with the ability to investigate and promote cities’ digital initiatives to support the social integration of immigrants’ populations by evaluating how digital strategies address the following dimensions: language barriers, access and development of digital skills.
